Clean cinnamon roll protein pop tart! Unf, it was so good. I mixed vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, flax meal, and water until I got kind of a paste consistency. Then mixed in small cut up pieces of a cinnamon roll quest bar and a few raisins for the inside. Put that on a low carb tortilla wrap an cooked on both sides then put in the fridge till its mostly cooled. The top is vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, stevia, and plain Greek yogurt. Then put back in the fridge till its cooled. Then you can devour it like I did😜
